CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation fees are:
If cancelled 30 days prior to departure No Fee. A non-refundable deposit of a nominated amount applies.
$250 cancellation fees apply prior to 30 days before departure.
30 days to 22 days before departure 25% of tour rate
21 days to15 days before departure 30% of tour rate
14 days to 7 days before departure 50% of tour rate
6 days to 2 days before departure 75% of tour rate
within 48 hours of departure 100% of tour rate

If vehicle is returned early or a tour is discontinued for any reason whatsoever No refund available.

Important: In Australia all companies reserve the right to refuse any rental at their discretion.

Cancellation of car rental reservation/tour bookings and accommodation reservations:
Cancelling your booking may incur extra charges. Please refer to the suppliers’ terms and conditions for their cancellation policy.

Note: Deposits paid for accommodation, tour and car rental reservation are non refundable. However, we will gladly credit the deposit towards a future booking if cancellation is received 30 days prior to travel.
